SHSU HVAC Services Unit Price Contract

Background

Sam Houston State University (SHSU) is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide 'as needed' HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the university has access to reliable HVAC services to maintain its facilities effectively.

Work Details

The contractor will provide HVAC services on an as-needed basis. This includes maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the university's facilities. Bidder Requirements

Proposers must have the appropriate level of insurance coverage required by the university. A sample Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with the proposal. Additionally, proposers are required to complete and submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan; failure to do so will result in rejection of the proposal. Proposers must also certify compliance with specific federal regulations regarding foreign adversaries.
