HVAC Services Unit price Contract

Background

Sam Houston State University (SHSU) is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide 'as needed' HVAC services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the university's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are maintained and serviced efficiently.

Work Details

The contractor will provide HVAC services on an as-needed basis. This includes routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system installations as required by SHSU. Specific tasks may involve inspecting HVAC systems, replacing filters, repairing or replacing components, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until July 7, 2026.

The services will be performed at various locations within Sam Houston State University.
