Electrical Supplies: Abb Products

Background

The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for its annual supply of electrical supplies, specifically ABB Products, for the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) facility. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of essential electrical components necessary for the operation and maintenance of the facility.

Work Details

The contract involves providing various electrical supplies, specifically ABB Products, including but not limited to: 1. Breakers (e.g., GE SELA, ABB EntelliGuard) 2. Rating plugs 3. Starters and overload relays 4. MCC ReliaGear components 5. Circuit breaker accessories (e.g., mounting screws, handles) 6. Pilot lights and transformers 7. Various contactors and auxiliary contacts 8. Thermal overloads and relays 9. Discharge fingers for GE Power Vac SWGR 10. Interrupter assemblies for GE Power Vac 11. Additional miscellaneous electrical components as detailed in Exhibit A of the solicitation document.

Period of Performance

The term of the bid will be for one year beginning on September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027.

Place of Performance

Delivery shall be made to the Trinity River Authority facility located at the address noted on the coversheet of the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must complete and submit several forms including: Texas Resident Bidder Certification, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Verification Required by Texas Government Code Chapters 2252, 2274, and 2271. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
