Engineering Services for Sewer Project

Background

The Town of Ochlocknee, Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms to assist in planning, applying, and administering various state and federally funded projects related to public works infrastructure. The goal is to identify qualified firms that can provide engineering services for projects funded by programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Work Details

Firms must be licensed and technically qualified to perform the following services: - Identify infrastructure deficiencies. - Prepare project scope/concept design reports. - Create cost estimates and timelines. - Develop preliminary and final engineering drawings. - Provide design reports. - Handle permitting, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and reporting for state and federally funded projects. The selection process will involve a two-step Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process: Step 1 involves submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) which will be scored to select the top two firms. Step 2 will consist of interviews with these firms to determine a finalist for contract negotiation.

A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number is required if available.
