Regionalized Statewide Operational Improvements, Contracts 1 & 2

Background

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is conducting this solicitation under its authority to procure services related to the construction and maintenance of public roads. The goal of this contract is to identify qualified firms to provide Regionalized Statewide Operational Improvement Services across various districts in Georgia, specifically targeting improvements in transportation infrastructure.

Work Details

The contract encompasses two separate contracts: - Contract 1 for Districts 1, 2, 5, & 7 covering DeKalb, Clayton, and Rockdale Counties (East Region). - Contract 2 for Districts 3, 4, 6, & 7 covering Cobb, Fulton, and Douglas Counties (West Region). The selected consultants will provide a range of operational improvement services as outlined in the accompanying exhibits. This includes managing on-call contracts and addressing various project challenges while ensuring compliance with GDOT standards.

Period of Performance

The anticipated period of performance for the contracts is up to five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in specified districts across Georgia: East Region (DeKalb, Clayton, Rockdale) and West Region (Cobb, Fulton, Douglas).

Bidder Requirements

Firms must demonstrate prequalification in all required GDOT Area Classes relevant to the scope of services. Additionally, firms must submit a completed Project Evaluation Form for each referenced project experience and ensure compliance with GDOT's audit and accounting system requirements.
