The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is not seeking proposals at this time. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the expense of the respondent. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Federal Government and will not be returned. Objective-The Mission and Readiness Support Directorate (MRSD), Student Services Division,(SSD), Publishing Services Branch (PUB) supports the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC's) mission by providing reliable, maintainable, accessible, and secure light digital production black and white & color copiers/duplicating machines to support both FLETC's business and training requirements for all Training Delivery Points (TDP) & its partner organizations. RFI Response FLETC is seeking information on furnish all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to provide leased copiers systems and full-service support. This includes delivery, installation, configuration, operator training, preventive maintenance repair services, service calls, consumables including staples, (except copying paper) and end of term tear down/ removal. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Submissions should include a Rough Order of Magnatude (ROM), a capability statement or retailer authorization statement if applicable, references of prior actions, and a draft or review of the current PWS. Submission of a ROM does not constitute a commitment on behalf of the Government and will be used for pricing information only. Pricing should include all requirements and should list any assumptions. No assumptions will be made on by the Governement regarding addtional costs. RFI Response Instructions -Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Electronic files larger than 10 MB shall be broken down into multiple files with no one file exceeding 10 MB. Background The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking to support its mission by providing reliable, maintainable, accessible, and secure light digital production black and white and color copiers/duplicating machines. This initiative aims to fulfill both business and training requirements for all Training Delivery Points (TDP) and its partner organizations. The FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for 130 federal agencies and participating organizations, with headquarters in Glynco, Georgia, and additional centers in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide leased copier systems and full-service support. This includes: delivery, installation, configuration, operator training, preventive maintenance repair services, service calls, consumables including staples (excluding copying paper), and end-of-term teardown/removal. Specific requirements include: 1. Two black & white production copiers with run speeds of no less than 300 impressions per minute (IPM) two-sided/duplexed. 2. One black & white copier with duplicator with run speeds of not less than 135 IPM two-sided/duplexed. 3. Three color copiers with duplicators with run speeds of no less than 130 IPM. 4. One large format printer/scanner capable of handling various paper types and sizes. 5. All machines must be Energy Star certified and 508 compliant. The contractor will also be responsible for maintenance agreements that include parts, labor, repair services, software-related equipment maintenance, service calls, and consumables. Period of Performance One base year period (365 days) starting October 01, 2026; followed by three one-year option periods if exercised by the Government.
