Jar Battery Kits

Background

The Barrow County School District, located in Winder, Georgia, is seeking formal proposals for the procurement of Jar Systems batteries. The goal of this contract is to supply the school district with reliable battery kits to support their educational needs.

Work Details

The contract involves providing USB-C Active Charge Power Bank Kits. The preferred product is the yellow kit (PBYLUSBC), with an anticipated quantity of 125 kits, totaling 500 batteries. Each kit must include USB-C to USB-C cables. If the preferred kit is unavailable or too expensive, vendors may propose the black kit (PBUSBC) under the same quantity and specifications. All components must be new and sold through authorized manufacturer channels; no grey market products will be accepted. Vendors must also provide estimated shipping times and any potential delays in manufacturing or delivery.

Period of Performance

The proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the bid opening on June 15th.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to Barrow County Schools, located at 179 W. Athens St., Winder, Georgia 30680.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a Vendor Response Page as the first page of their response and provide a detailed breakdown of components starting on the second page. Proof of authorization to sell the manufacturer's products may be required before responses are accepted.
