Hoadly Booster Pumping Station and Discharge Main Upgrades

Background

The Prince William County Service Authority, operating as Prince William Water, is seeking qualified contractors to submit competitive sealed bids for the Hoadly Booster Pumping Station (F05) and Discharge Main Upgrades. The project aims to enhance the existing infrastructure to improve water service delivery in the area.

Work Details

The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the construction of upgrades to the Hoadly Booster Pumping Station (F05) and Discharge Main. The scope of work includes: - Mobilization and demobilization - Site preparation including erosion and sediment controls - Furnishing and installing a new Industrialized Building for the booster station - Testing and start-up of a new prefabricated pumping station - Installation of reinforced concrete pads - Installation of approximately 100 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron watermain - Abandonment of the existing booster station with coordination for power removal - Coordination with Dominion Energy for electrical service - Site improvements including paving, seeding, and fencing - Miscellaneous work as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be performed from July 16, 2026, onwards, following the bid submission deadline.

Place of Performance

The project will be executed at 12516 Springwoods Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia.
