Background The 17th Training Support Squadron (17 TRSS) at Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB), Texas, is seeking to procure NetApp System Health Check Services. This contract is a total small business set-aside and aims to ensure the operational integrity of equipment on the Intelligence Training System - Operations (ITS-OPS) and Unclassified Training System (UTS) networks. The goal is to provide semi-annual health checks and optimization tuning for NetApp systems, adhering to the manufacturer's recommended methods. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform NetApp System Health Checks and optimization tuning in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). The services include: - Performing semi-annual on-site health checks for NetApp systems. - Utilizing NetApp Health Check Service (Part # PS-TM-CONSULT-DAY-TE-ZA). - Ensuring all personnel possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. - Adhering to manufacturer’s recommended methods for service delivery. Period of Performance Base year plus four option years, with services performed semi-annually. Place of Performance Goodfellow AFB, Texas.
