Pump Station and Drainage System Cleaning

Background

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract for services aimed at the removal of standing water and debris from rainwater vault/grit traps at three stormwater pump stations located within the TxDOT Lubbock District. The goal is to maintain operational efficiency and environmental compliance at the facilities in Lubbock, Abernathy, and Hale Counties.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following services: 1. Removal of standing water from rainwater vault/grit traps at three designated stormwater pump stations. 2. Cleaning and disposal of debris found within these vaults. The specific locations for service are:

Location 1

1628 Interstate 27, Lubbock, TX 79404

Location 2

Interstate 27 and Main Street, Abernathy, TX 79311

Location 3

702 Ave E, Hale Center, TX 79074.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on June 30, 2026, following the award date and will continue as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at three locations within the TxDOT Lubbock District: Lubbock, Abernathy, and Hale Center in Texas.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. They must maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required by law throughout the term of the contract.
