Background

The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the installation of a 20'X24' enclosed building/garage. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of a 20'X24' enclosed building/garage. Specific requirements include: - Construction of a 20'X24' enclosed building with two garage doors (one at the front and one at the back). - Installation of a concrete pad. - Building color: Tan with white rollup doors and a green metal roof. - Two 10'X8' rollup doors equipped with electric door openers. - Use of 26 gauge roofing and siding materials. - Floor to rafter height must be 8 feet. - Electrical work required inside for lighting and garage door operation.
