Liquid Pre-wet Systems

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Liquid Pre-wet System. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State with specified items as detailed in the bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying 5 units of a Liquid Pre-wet System, which includes twin 75-80 gallon liquid tanks, as per the specifications outlined in Attachment 1. The vendor must ensure that all products meet or exceed the required specifications and are new, not used or refurbished. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for providing material safety data sheets for all products covered by RSA 277-A, the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.'

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to the NH Dept. of Transportation, Bureau of Mechanical Services, Attn: Jared Cloutier, 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also provide warranty coverage for all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period, whichever is greater.
