Snowplows

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for snowplows. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified items. This contract aims to ensure that the state has the necessary equipment for snow removal operations, which is critical for maintaining public safety and accessibility during winter weather conditions.

Work Details

The bid includes the following items: - 3 units of Two Way Heavy Snowplows - 3 units of Heavy Right Plow Wings - 1 unit of Heavy Left Plow Wing - 2 additional units of Heavy Left Plow Wings. All products must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid invitation and be new, not used or refurbished. The successful vendor must provide warranty coverage for all equipment for at least one year or according to the manufacturer's standard warranty period.

Period of Performance

The delivery of all items is required within 90 days after receipt of the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to NH Dept. of Transportation, Bureau of Turnpikes, located at 36 Hacket Hill Road, Hooksett, NH 03106.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
