Gym Equipment

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for gym equipment. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with specified gym equipment as detailed in the solicitation. This contract aims to fulfill the needs of state agencies and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

Work Details

The successful vendor will provide gym equipment as specified in the Offer section of the bid invitation. The items must be new, not used or refurbished, and must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid document. All equipment must be 100% made in the United States. Delivery shall be made to the New Hampshire National Guard at 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that all products are delivered within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. Additionally, all orders shall be inspected and accepted by state personnel upon delivery.

Period of Performance

The contract will be executed as a one-time order with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will take place at the New Hampshire National Guard, State Military Reservation, Attn CSM Peter LaFlamme, 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also provide warranty coverage for all equipment for a period of not less than one year from acceptance by the State.
