Forklift Acquisition

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of a forklift. This initiative aims to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State with the specified equipment, ensuring compliance with the outlined requirements.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying one (1) Toyota model 50-8FG50U Internal Combustion Lift Truck or an equivalent model. The vendor must ensure that the equipment meets or exceeds all specifications as detailed in the bid invitation. The successful vendor is required to provide warranty coverage for a minimum of one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is longer. This warranty must cover all parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses. Delivery must be completed within 30 days after receipt of the Purchase Order to the designated location at NH DOT, Bureau of Mechanical Services.

Period of Performance

The contract will be executed as a one-time order with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of the Purchase Order.

Delivery is to be made to NH DOT, Bureau of Mechanical Services, Attn: Ben Gelinas, 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as authorized vendors in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations and provide proof of compliance if requested.
