The awarded vendor will manufacture, deliver, and ensure installation readiness of a Sigma Thermal 316SS Electric Circulation Heater and Control Panel or equivalent by the week of August 17, 2026. The specifications include:

** DI Water with an inlet flow rate of 0.25 lb/hour, pressure of 1600 psig, and temperature of 150°F; outlet flow rate of 0.25 lb/hour, pressure of 1600 psig, and temperature of 650°F.

Operating Duty

** 22 kW with design temperature of 750°F and design pressure of 1700 psig.

Electric Heater Details

** kW of 25, voltage/ph of 480/3/60, unclassified enclosure type painted carbon steel.

Control Panel Specifications

** Unclassified area classification, UL certification, Type 4 painted carbon steel enclosure, PID Loop Outlet Temperature Controller. - **Warranty:** At least a twelve-month warranty from the date of first use. Vendors must provide product documentation and specifications along with their bid response.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to begin upon award and must be completed by the week of August 17, 2026.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the equipment is specified as 1207 Agriculture Drive in Ruston, Louisiana 71270 during regular business hours.
