Scope of Work

The contract calls for the installation of new lighting at the softball field of Mandeville High School, as part of the STPSB Project No. 1937. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Providing and installing all necessary equipment and materials for the softball field lighting system - Ensuring that the lighting meets all required specifications and standards - Completing the project in accordance with the plans and bidding documents provided

Background

The St. Tammany Parish School Board is seeking bids for the Mandeville High School Softball Field Lighting project, identified as STPSB Project No. 1937.

Contract Requirements

All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.

Submission Instructions

Separate sealed bids will be received at the St. Tammany Parish School Board C.J. Schoen Administrative Complex, Reception Desk, 321 N. Theard St., Covington, LA 70433. The deadline for submission is June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Time will be determined by the PBX clock at the specified address). At that time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete Bidding Documents, prepared by Drake Engineering (2783 Lapalco Boulevard, Harvey, LA 70058, 504-875-2121), may be obtained from City Blue Print at 1200 W. Causeway Approach, Ste. 24, Mandeville, LA 70448, upon payment of a $70.00 deposit per set. Deposits are refundable as provided by law. Electronic versions of the bidding documents are available at no cost from City Blue Print at www.cityblueprint.com and at www.centralbidding.com. Printing costs for documents downloaded electronically are the responsibility of the bidder. It is strongly recommended that bid documents be obtained directly from City Blue Print or www.centralbidding.com. Prospective bidders who do not obtain documents from the Architect or fail to notify the Architect of their intention to bid may not receive important updates, additional information, or addenda related to the project.
