Background

Eastern State Hospital, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, was founded in 1773 and focuses on community-centered mental health care. The hospital operates on approximately 500 acres and employs over 900 staff to care for around 300 patients. It is part of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services system and is accredited by the Joint Commission. The purpose of this Quick Quote (QQ) is to solicit bids for a one-time purchase of access control addition materials.

Alarm Controls REX Station, Model #TS-2T, Quantity: 4 Ea. 5. OSSI MAC-4R MLC 4 Reader Controller, Model #MC-MLC-4R, Quantity: 1 Ea. 6. OSSI Rack Cabinet Enclosure, Model #MC-ENC, Quantity: 1 Ea. 7. OSSI Ethernet to Lontalk Adapter, Model #MC-LTEA, Quantity: 1 Ea. 8. OSSI Power Supply, Model #MC-PWR-RM, Quantity: 1 Ea. 9. Altronix Maglock Power Supply, Model #AL600ULACM, Quantity: 1 Ea.

Period of Performance

The delivery of all items must be completed no later than June 8th, 2026 at 3:00 PM Local Time.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at Eastern State Hospital located at 4601 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in eVA to submit bids electronically. There is a set-aside for DSBSD certified Small Businesses with preference given to Virginia-based companies.
