CNG Central Hydraulic Control System, Roll-Off Bodies

Background

This solicitation is a One Time Acquisition conducted by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment. Work Details

The contractor is required to supply Twenty Seven (27) CNG Central Hydraulic Control System, Roll-Off Bodies. All products must meet the specifications outlined in State of California Specification 03313-930-261 and include all associated drawings. The bid must include pricing for each unit and specify the proposed brand and model.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed within 210 days after receipt of order (ARO), with a bid due date of June 3, 2026.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the products is at the Caltrans Division of Equipment, 1920 35th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with California small business regulations and may claim a preference if they are certified as a small business or commit to subcontracting at least 25% of the net bid price with California certified small businesses. Bidders must also complete various forms including the Payee Data Record (STD. 204), Bidder Declaration Form (GSPD-05-105), and certifications related to the Darfur Contracting Act and Iran Contracting Act if applicable.
