Modern Campus Online Message Engagement Platform for ID Verification Event Check-in

Background

The New York City College of Technology (the 'College') of the City University of New York ('CUNY') intends to purchase the Modern Campus Message Engagement Platform for ID Verification Event Check-In. This procurement is made under the College's discretionary purchasing authority as per State Finance Law 163 (6). The goal of this contract is to enhance event check-in processes and improve ID verification through a modern messaging platform.

Work Details

The vendor shall provide the following: 1 Lot of Modern Campus Online Message Engagement Platform License, which includes functionalities for ID Verification, Event Check-In, Mobile Polls, Mobile Waiver, and Degree Granting across 6 campus-wide departments with a capacity for up to 20,000 contacts.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all services are delivered and accepted, with a specific reference date mentioned as June 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

The geographic location for the performance of this contract is Brooklyn, NY at the New York City College of Technology.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) goal of 6.00% and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) contracting goals totaling 30.00%. Additionally, vendors must complete and submit required forms related to compliance with State Finance Law 139-j & 139-k if selected.
