Background The contract is issued by the United States Air Force at Luke Air Force Base (AFB), which has a mission to maintain operational readiness and support military operations. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive services including: 1) Inspections and preventive maintenance on all overhead roll-up and sectional doors on a semi-annual basis. 2) Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed. 3) Management support for all assigned hangar roll-up doors and associated equipment, adhering strictly to the specifications outlined in the PWS. The contractor must ensure that all tasks are performed in compliance with normal commercial practices, including timely responses to service calls, effective communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and maintaining operational status of equipment within specified timeframes. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Place of Performance All work will be conducted at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.
