370 - ASL Interpreters June Board Meeting

Background

The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for a Board Meeting scheduled on June 4, 2026. The goal of this contract is to ensure accessibility for all participants at the meeting held in Montgomery, AL.

Work Details

The contractor will provide 2 ASL interpreters for approximately 2 hours on June 4, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m. The interpreters are required to be present in person at the AUM TechnaCenter located at 75 Technacenter Dr., Montgomery, AL 36117. Additionally, mileage reimbursement for the interpreters will be provided at a rate of $0.725 per mile.
