Background

The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking quotes for the procurement of a new 65-inch television and wall mount for the Materials & Test division. Work Details

The vendor must provide the following items: 1) Samsung Model QN65Q7FAAFXZA - 65 Inch Class QLED Q7F (Quantity: 1) 2) Gabor Model FSM-USX – FSM-USX Ultra-Slim Full Motion Wall Mount for Flat Panel Displays (43” to 85”) (Quantity: 1). All items must be new; refurbished or used items will not be accepted. Shipping costs to the delivery address must be included in the total quote.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled promptly as per the specifications provided in the solicitation.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to ALDOT – Computer Services Bureau, located at 2720 Gunter Park Drive West, Montgomery, AL 36109.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit a W-9 form with their bid. Additionally, suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to sales tax exemption and E-Verify enrollment for employees working within Alabama.
