Background The solicitation ACQ-IHS-2026-U-0088 is issued by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Services for diagnostic reference laboratory testing services for the Pathology Department at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive laboratory services that will enable the development of patient-specific medical management plans aimed at reducing the risk of cancer and infectious diseases through appropriate interventions. Work Details The Contractor shall provide non-emergent cancer or infectious diseases testing when ordered by PIMC. Services include: 1. Utilizing a state-of-the-art advanced diagnostic laboratory facility to provide full comprehensive laboratory services. 2. Furnishing all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, and professional competence for reference pathology and laboratory testing and consultation services. 3. Performing all services off-site at their facility, not at PIMC. 4. Conducting diagnostic testing for screening and detection of cancer or infectious diseases in patients. 5. Providing clinical providers and patients with critical information across multiple specialties to address unmet medical needs. 6. Using various technologies to assist PIMC providers in diagnosing complex cases. Period of Performance The initial period of performance is from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with four optional ordering periods extending annually until May 31, 2031. Place of Performance The contract will be performed off-site at the Contractor's facility.
