Colombo Building Parking Lot Traffic Coating

Scope of Work Requested

The County of Calaveras is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Colombo Building Parking Lot Traffic Coating Project at 23 E St. Charles St., San Andreas, CA 95249. The work to be performed includes: - Installation of the specified vehicular traffic coating system, including all necessary surface preparation, on the existing raised concrete parking structure deck (approximately 10,500 SF). - Removal and re-installation of existing parking wheel stops, with replacement of any damaged wheel stops. - Repair of damaged, loose, or spalling sections of concrete in preparation for the coating system. - Grinding or scarifying of vertical offsets as needed to eliminate hazards. - Installation of the vehicular traffic coating system according to manufacturer's details and the attached scope. - Provision of a 10-year manufacturer warranty for the installed system. - Alternate Pricing #1: Restripe the parking lot upon project completion. - Alternate Pricing #2: Power wash the underside of the existing concrete structure to remove efflorescence and stalactite after completion of the coating system.
