Custom Sign Fabrication Services

Background

The County of Orange, through its OC Community Resources department, is seeking competitive bids for Custom Sign Fabrication Services. The purpose of this contract is to procure signage fabrication services that meet the County's specifications and requirements. The awarded contract will be between the County and the selected contractor, who must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details

The contractor will provide custom sign fabrication services as detailed in Attachment A – Scope of Work. This includes the design, production, and installation of various types of signs as specified by the County. The contractor must ensure that all signage meets applicable standards and specifications outlined in Attachment C – Sign Specifications. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will continue for three (3) calendar years unless terminated earlier by the County. There is an option for renewal for an additional two (2) years by mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Orange County, California.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. They are required to maintain current business registrations and provide proof of insurance as specified in the contract. Contractors must not be debarred or proposed for debarment from participation in federal programs. Additionally, contractors must ensure that they do not engage in discrimination as per California Labor Code Section 1735.
