Inspections and Audits of Clean Water Act Facilities, Programs and Activities

The Arizona Department Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Procurement Division, as authorized under A.R.S. 41-2501 et seq. is seeking to establish one (1) single-agency Contract to satisfy the needs of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (the eligible agency) to conduct inspections of facilities, activities, and program audits of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permittees throughout the state. ADEQ anticipates awarding one (1) contract to begin providing services by a target date of September 1, 2026.
