Work Details

The selected vendor(s) will provide high-quality plumbing and irrigation products that meet or exceed industry standards. This includes but is not limited to: plumbing fixtures, irrigation systems, pipes, fittings, valves, tools, and other related supplies necessary for the maintenance of the district's facilities. The vendor must ensure that all products supplied are compliant with applicable safety and quality standards.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a period as specified in the final contract agreement. Specific timelines for delivery of products will be outlined in individual purchase orders issued by Gilbert Public Schools.

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including obtaining necessary licenses and permits. Contractors providing services on a regular basis at district schools must obtain valid fingerprint clearance cards as per A.R.S. §41-1758. Compliance with federal immigration laws through the E-Verify program is also required.
