ADOT Flagstaff Service Center Re-Roof

Background

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking to renovate the roofing system of the Flagstaff Service Center, located at 1959 S. Woodlands Village Blvd., Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. This project aims to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the facility, which is essential for ongoing operations.

Work Details

The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system and components. Specific tasks include: 1. Removal of existing roofing systems to substrate, including roof top unit curbs, flashing, parapet caps, and roof penetrations. 2. Maintenance and reuse of existing rooftop units on new curbs. 3. Removal, reuse, and relocation of existing RTU 29 (Lennox Model # LGH122U4MM1G). 4. Installation of a new roof access point via the penthouse from the mezzanine in accordance with provided project drawings and specifications. 5. All work must comply with municipal building codes and ADA standards.

Period of Performance

All work must be completed within six (6) months after the Notice to Proceed.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in commercial or public sector construction projects and have completed five (5) similar projects with a total contract cost of at least $1,000,000 each. Contractors and subcontractors must possess current active licenses in their respective trades.
