Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) services for the Bowling Green Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The VA's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare to veterans, and this contract aims to support the pre-planning and activation of the new clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Work Details The contractor is required to provide IOTA services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the pre-planning and activation support of the Bowling Green KY CBOC. Specific tasks include: 1. Pre-Activation Services: This includes planning and coordination activities necessary for the successful opening of the clinic. 2. Activation Services: This involves executing the plans developed during pre-activation, ensuring that all systems are operational and staff are trained. 3. Optional Task: Warehousing and Warehousing Management Services as needed per project schedule. Period of Performance The period of performance is estimated to begin on June 1, 2026, and end on May 31, 2029, covering a total duration of 36 months for base tasks.
