Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox draft solicitation for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) services is being released to provide early engagement with industry and gather valuable insights from potential offerors. Background The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox is releasing a draft solicitation for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) services.
