Background The Health Readiness Contracting Office – East is issuing this solicitation for Medical Bulk Laundry Services to support the Ireland Army Health Clinic located at Fort Knox, KY. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, and transportation required for Medical Grade Laundry services. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, services, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform medical grade laundry services. This includes: 1. General Requirements: The contractor must ensure that all services are performed in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall manage the collection, cleaning, and delivery of medical laundry items as specified by the Ireland Army Health Clinic. This includes handling approximately 62,700 pounds of laundry per week. The contractor must provide necessary equipment and ensure that all work is conducted in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
