Background The USDA Forest Service is issuing this contract to repair the failed sewer system at the Angelina District Ranger Office. The goal of this project is to restore sewer service by replacing two effluent pumps from the aerobic septic system. Work Details The contractor is required to remove and replace two effluent pumps from the aerobic septic system, including all associated electrical and plumbing work. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the project, ensuring that all work meets applicable codes and standards. Specific tasks include: 1) Labor for pump removal and replacement; 2) Installation of (2) ¾ HP septic effluent spray pumps; 3) Installation of a pump control panel for the aerobic septic system with dual spray pumps. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from January 23, 2026, to February 27, 2026. Place of Performance All work will be conducted at the Angelina District Ranger Office located at 111 Walnut Ridge Road, Zavalla, Texas, 75980.
