Background The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide land title products, escrow services, and title plant access and information throughout the State of Arizona. This initiative aims to supplement existing contracts and ensure comprehensive coverage across various counties in Arizona. Work Details The Contractor will provide the following services: - Title commitments/preliminary title reports - Updated title reports - Amended title reports - Escrow services in interest-bearing accounts - Retrieval of previously recorded documents - Title insurance policies with a pricing structure - Abstract reports or ownership reports - Research and analysis for title searches - Access to Contractor Title Plant and Tract Books. The Contractor must also ensure accurate reporting of discrepancies in vesting instruments and provide necessary documentation for each assignment. Period of Performance The contract will commence on the effective date of award and will continue for a period of twelve (12) months, with potential extensions for additional twelve-month periods. Place of Performance Services will be provided throughout the State of Arizona, specifically in the counties of Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be currently licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance as required by A.R.S. §20-1561. The contract is non-exclusive; ADOT reserves the right to obtain similar goods or services from other sources as necessary.
