Background The City of Garland is soliciting proposals for the GP&L Brand to Ben Davis Structures. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the United States on staff. They must also provide a Steel Fabricator Questionnaire along with their bid proposal documents in a single compressed folder (.ZIP). Bidders should have at least five years of experience in the fabrication of substation steel structures.
