Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract, with Tanana Adventure Sports listed on two prior awards (FA500425P0065 valued at $126,835 for FY25 “SNOW MACHINES” and FA500425P0074 valued at $15,238 for a “SNOW MACHINE”). The current requirement for an Alpina tracked over-snow transportation system with passenger sled capability and ski trail grooming attachments aligns with the prior “snow machine” procurements, suggesting the work may be a continuation or follow-on purchase of similar equipment for Eielson AFB’s winter outdoor recreation operations.
