Detroit Stoker ASH Equipment Parts

Background

The Noman M. Cole Jr. Water Recycling Facility (NMCWRF), located at 9399 Richmond HWY, Lorton VA 22079, is seeking sealed bids for the delivery of parts for the ash system located with K1/K2. The goal of this contract is to procure spare parts designed and fabricated specifically for wastewater solids incinerated ash processing, ensuring compatibility and performance with Detroit Stoker ash equipment.

Work Details

The contract requires the delivery of specific ash system parts including: - 300 units of Bag, 5.875" Ø x 72.5" (For K2 Bag Filter) - 200 units of Cage, 5.625" Ø x 72" (For K2 Bag Filter) - 1 unit of Gasket, Rectangle, 1/4" thick fiberglass tacky cloth - 2 units of Seat, 12" Flap Valve (+) - 2 units of Flapper, 12" Flap Valve (+) - 1 unit of Joint, 18" Rotary Vane Feeder Expansion CN-245 - 1 unit of Cylinder, 4" Ø w/ 13" Stroke. All parts must meet specified technical requirements including minimum vacuum ratings and flow capacities. They must be designed for continuous service with easy adjustment or replacement capabilities.

Period of Performance

All work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Delivery must occur within a definitive time frame specified by the bidder after receipt of order.

Place of Performance

The place of delivery is the Noman M. Cole Jr. Water Recycling Facility located at 9399 Richmond HWY, Lorton VA 22079. Deliveries will also be made to various locations in Fairfax County during regular business hours unless otherwise arranged.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a definitive delivery time in days on the Pricing Schedule; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Parts must be furnished by Detroit Stoker ASH Equipment or an equivalent that meets compatibility and performance standards.
