The contract includes the following services: 1) Annual maintenance on the fuel farm including meter calibration and replacement filters, scheduled for November 2026 at a cost of $5,150. 2) Bi-annual maintenance of fuel trucks including oil changes, product filter changes, meter calibration, brake inspection, and full PM inspection, scheduled for November 2026 and May 2027 at a total cost of $10,400. 3) Onsite training for aviation fuel handling and dispensing procedures performed by licensed instructors in a two-day session before November 2026 at a cost of $8,200. 4) Monitoring and support for TCS software from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 at a cost of $3,240. 5) Support for QT POD software from September 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027 at a cost of $1,425. The total estimated contract amount is $28,415.
