Background

The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking to procure services for the relocation of Philips equipment in the Radiology Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all Philips manufactured equipment is properly audited, disassembled, relocated, and reassembled to maintain operational integrity and warranty compliance.

Work Details

The contractor will perform an equipment audit to identify any needed repairs not covered under the scope of this quote. The services include: 1. Disassembly of Philips equipment located in Room 4 of the Radiology Department. 2. Relocation of the identified equipment components to a new location. 3. Reinstallation and reconnection of mechanical system components at the new site. It is crucial that these services are performed by Philips personnel to avoid any warranty issues, as no other vendor is authorized to service Philips systems.

Period of Performance

The term of purchase is for one year with options for renewal.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico's Radiology Department, specifically in Room 4.

Bidder Requirements

The proposed vendor must be Philips North America, as they are the only licensed provider capable of servicing and relocating Philips manufactured systems due to proprietary technology and compatibility requirements.
