Background

Eastern New Mexico University - Roswell (ENMU-Roswell) is seeking to procure official training materials and certification products from the American Heart Association (AHA) to support AHA-approved training courses in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR/AED, First Aid, and other related programs. This procurement aims to maintain compliance with AHA training standards and provide nationally recognized certifications through authorized instructors employed by the university.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide the following official American Heart Association training materials and certification products: A. Certification Cards: - AHA BLS Provider eCards - AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED eCards - AHA Heartsaver First Aid eCards - AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid Combined eCards - Renewal and replacement certification cards as required B. Training Materials: - Student workbooks and manuals - Instructor manuals and updates - Course videos and digital learning resources - Skills testing materials - Program administration materials - Training Center support materials - Course completion documentation resources C. Program Support: - Access to current AHA curriculum updates - Access to AHA electronic certification card issuance systems - Access to required instructor and Training Center resources - Notification of curriculum revisions and compliance requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract term is set until June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Eastern New Mexico University – Roswell, located in Roswell, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements

The prospective contractor must be the American Heart Association (AHA), which holds exclusive ownership, control, and distribution rights for its curriculum, course materials, instructor resources, and certification credentials. No other vendor is authorized to reproduce or issue official AHA certification materials or cards.
