Background

The Department of Financial Services, Division of Information Technology, is seeking to enter into an agreement with Software AG USA, Inc. for the procurement of ArcGIS software licenses, support, and maintenance. This initiative is aimed at ensuring the continued operation of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system, which is crucial for statewide accounting and financial management functions.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of Software AG software licenses and maintenance support specifically for the FLAIR system. The services include annual support and maintenance necessary for the operation of FLAIR, Florida's double-entry general ledger accounting system. This system supports accurate recording of state financial transactions and aids in preparing the state's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Software AG USA, Inc. has been supplying these proprietary licenses and technical services since 1981.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, spanning a total of 5 years.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Department of Financial Services located at 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
