Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following: 1) Designing AV systems for classrooms, meeting rooms, and multi-use rooms that fit existing physical spaces without building modifications. 2) Sourcing AV products that are consistent and compatible with existing installations. 3) Performing installation services as required by the University. 4) Being available on-site at the University's campuses within 24 hours of a warranty service request to support product warranties (no maintenance or repair outside warranty requirements). 5) Conducting on-site visits for site examinations during the design phase at the contractor's expense. 6) Covering travel expenses for installation services; installers must be based within 175 miles of Missoula, Montana as travel costs will not be reimbursed.
