Spotted Dog Creek Fish Screen Fabrication

Background

The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program (NRDP) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the fabrication of a paddle-wheel fish screen and headgate. The goal of this contract is to provide essential equipment for water management and environmental restoration efforts in the region. The project site is located near Avon, MT.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables: 1. Fabrication of a fish screen (Bid Item 1) - 1 Lump Sum (LS) 2. Fabrication of a headgate (Bid Item 2) - 1 Lump Sum (LS) 3. Coating for both the fish screen and headgate (Bid Item 3) - 1 Lump Sum (LS) 4. Delivery of the fish screen and headgate to the project site (Bid Item 4) - 1 Lump Sum (LS). All items are to be delivered by October 1, 2026.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until October 1, 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the project site near Avon, MT.
