Blackinton Badges for Fire Rescue

Background

The City of Tampa is seeking authorized sellers of Blackinton badges, pins, nameplates, and other accessories for the Fire Rescue Department. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality items that meet specific design and quality standards as outlined in the solicitation. This is a sheltered market solicitation specifically for City of Tampa certified Small Local Business Enterprises (SLBEs).

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of Blackinton badges, pins, nameplates, and other accessories. All items must meet the specifications included in this solicitation. No substitutions will be considered. The badges and accessories must adhere to the designs specified in the Technical Specifications section of the bid documents.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed until June 30, 2026, with an option for renewal for three additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to locations specified by the City of Tampa Fire Rescue Department.

Bidder Requirements

Only bids from current City of Tampa certified Small Local Business Enterprises (SLBEs) will be considered. Bidders must include copies of their SLBE certification with their bid submission.
