Background The solicitation is issued under the DSO CSO (FA8730-22-S-C001) for the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) effort. The C2IMERA program, which is a government-owned command and control platform, aims to manage readiness, operations, and emergency response activities at the Wing and Base level. The goal of this contract is to integrate TAK technology with C2IMERA to enhance situational awareness and operational effectiveness in degraded or denied environments. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for developing solutions that integrate TAK with C2IMERA. Key tasks include: - Reporting standardized base conditions and battle damage from any installation location. - Maintaining local command and control (C2) and situational awareness even when disconnected from enterprise systems. - Feeding a common operational picture consumable by all users. The deliverables will involve various applications of the same architecture pattern tailored to different use cases such as Blue Force Tracking, Incident Reporting, and Sensor/Video integration. Applicants must demonstrate prior experience in developing TAK plugins as part of their proposal. Period of Performance 1 September 2026 – 31 January 2027 (6 Months) Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on the prior C2IMERA II award (47QTCK18D0008-FA873024FB003) awarded to Leidos for $161,273,637 covering 11/20/23–09/24/26. The prior work centers on providing and supporting the C2IMERA command-and-control incident management capability, which aligns closely with the current requirement to integrate TAK technology into C2IMERA to enable standardized reporting, local C2/situational awareness in degraded environments, and a common operational picture.
