Installation, Repair, and Preventative Maintenance Services for all provided equipment. The contractor must ensure that all equipment is new and unused, provide estimated ship dates, and adhere to invoicing requirements as outlined in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be current Master Contractors under the Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract. They must provide a Letter of Authorization from Motorola as an authorized reseller. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Mercury Affidavit and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
