- All Bid Proposals must be submitted online via PlanetBids, using the forms provided by the District. - Registration on PlanetBids is required to submit a proposal. - Bidders must not modify or alter the provided Bid Proposal forms; doing so may result in disqualification. - The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding process. - The contract, if awarded, will be granted by action of the District's Board of Trustees to the responsible bidder submitting the best responsive and responsible Bid Proposal.
