Background

The CDBG Area 6 Curb Ramp Project is initiated by the relevant local government agency to enhance accessibility in public spaces. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: - Removal of existing sidewalk and curb & gutter. - Construction of new PCC (Portland Cement Concrete) curb ramps. - Installation of new curb & gutter along with a minimum 4-foot HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) plug. - Completion of any incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the improvements as indicated in the project plans and specifications.

The contract will be performed over a specified timeframe as outlined in the solicitation documents, typically ranging from several months to a year, depending on project scope and complexity.
