Maintenance & Emergency Contract (Trenchless)

Work Requested

The project involves providing both emergency and maintenance services for utilities owned by West Manchester Township. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Trenchless repair of existing sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection and conveyance systems - Other emergency and maintenance work as required on the Owner's utility infrastructure All work will be performed upon issuance of Work Order(s) by the Owner.

Background

Contract Requirements

Sealed bids must be submitted online through the PennBID platform. The contract covers emergency and maintenance work for Township-owned utilities, specifically focusing on trenchless repairs. All work will be authorized via Work Orders issued by the Owner.

Submission Instructions

Bids must be submitted electronically via the designated website ( https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ ) no later than 10:00 AM local time on Monday, June 22, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened on PennBID at the submission deadline. Bidding Documents can be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to register as plan holders on the website, even if documents are obtained elsewhere. The website will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, reports, and other relevant information. All official notifications and documents will be distributed exclusively through the designated website. The Owner and Engineer are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources.
