Work Requested

The project involves providing both emergency and maintenance services for West Manchester Township-owned utilities. This includes, but is not limited to: - Repairing existing sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection and conveyance systems - Performing repairs on existing facilities as specified in Work Order(s) issued by the Owner

West Manchester Township (referred to as the Owner) is soliciting bids for this contract.

Background

This contract, identified as Contract 2026-01: Maintenance & Emergency Contract (Excavation), is established to ensure timely response and ongoing maintenance for the Township's utility infrastructure, particularly its sanitary and storm sewer systems.

Contract Requirements

All work will be performed upon issuance of Work Orders by West Manchester Township. The scope includes emergency response and maintenance for the Township's utility assets.

Instructions on Submission

Sealed bids must be submitted online via the PennBID platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ by 10:00 AM local time on Monday, June 22, 2026. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted publicly on PennBID at the specified time. Bidding Documents are available for download from the designated website. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to register as plan holders on the website, even if documents are obtained elsewhere. The designated website will provide all official notifications, addenda, plan holder lists, reports, and other relevant information. Only documents obtained through the designated website are considered official; neither the Owner nor Engineer is responsible for documents obtained from other sources.
